Presymptom Health is the technology transfer organisation for the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD). Our company registration number is 11834573 and our registered address is Porton Science Park, Bybrook Road, Porton Down, Wiltshire, SP4 0BF. Presymptom Health is wholly owned by the UK Secretary of State for Defence.

What information do we collect?

We may collect information about you when you communicate with us, for example, when you contact us about products and services, download a document, or register to receive our newsletters.

Storing your information

We do our utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that information about you is treated and stored securely.

Unfortunately, the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically. Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.

The information which you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside the European Union (EU). By way of example, this may happen if any of our servers are from time to time located in a country outside of the EU. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the UK. We may pass your information to third party service providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to send you mailings). In these circumstances we will only disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service. Your choices about the information we hold and how it is used

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do not want to receive marketing communications from us you can select your choices by ticking the relevant boxes situated on the form on which we collect your information.

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee of £10 to cover costs incurred by us in providing you with the information.

On occasion, we include links to third parties on this website. Where we provide a link it does not mean that we endorse or approve that site’s policy towards visitor privacy. You should review their privacy policy before sending them any personal data.

Use of cookies

We want to make our website as useful and reliable as possible.
